The Delaware Union Contractors Association’s mission is to assist and promote the collective interests of the Union contractor and to facilitate and coordinate the activities that enhance the Union construction industry in the state of Delaware. DUCA works with all governmental bodies, agencies, boards, owners, construction managers, general contractors, trade unions and other union construction associations in representing the interest of Union contractors in the state. We strive to improve safety, productivity, training and quality of work while promoting a high ethical standard for the advancement of the construction industry in Delaware.
